Cakes are made to order. Once payment is confirmed, cancellations for personal reasons are generally not refundable. Contact us early about changes; see the order policy for details.

Frequently asked questions
How does delivery work?
We deliver Tuesday through Saturday, from 11am–1pm or 5pm–7pm Pacific Time, and are closed Sunday and Monday. Newark, Fremont and Union City are in the free delivery area; delivery to other eligible areas is $2.99. Eligibility is checked using your full address. Pickup is not available.
How far ahead should I order?
Please contact us at least 48 hours before your delivery window begins. Message us on WeChat or by Instagram DM so we can confirm available dates and windows.
How do I order and pay?
Online ordering is not open yet. Stay tuned! Please contact us on WeChat or by Instagram DM to order. We’ll confirm the items, delivery arrangements, final total and payment method with you. All prices are in US dollars.
How is my order confirmed?
Confirm your order details and delivery arrangements with us on WeChat or by Instagram DM. Save your order confirmation and payment record. Adding items to your cart does not submit an order or reserve a delivery window.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Cakes are made to order. After payment is confirmed, cancellations for personal reasons are generally not refundable. Contact us early about rescheduling; a change requires our confirmation. Orders we cannot fulfill, incorrect items and quality problems are handled separately under the order policy.
What about allergens?
All cakes contain eggs, milk and wheat. Check each product page for other ingredients. The kitchen also handles nuts, soy and other allergens, so cross-contact is possible. Contact us before paying if you have an allergy; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free cake.
How should I store the cake?
Refrigerate at 32–39°F when the cake arrives and enjoy within 48 hours. Do not freeze. You may let it stand for 15–20 minutes before serving; eat promptly after taking it out.
